After placing your custom order, we'll email you a simple instruction sheet. You'll send approximately one tablespoon of dry sand in a small zip-lock bag inside a padded envelope. We'll provide the mailing address at that time.

About one tablespoon — roughly 15–20 grams. A little more is fine; a little less can sometimes work depending on the grain size. We'll let you know if we need more before we begin.

Please send dry sand if possible. If your sand is damp, spread it on a paper towel and let it air-dry for 24 hours before packaging. Wet sand can clump and affect the final appearance of the pearl.

We maintain a curated collection of sands from locations around the world — including the Emerald Coast, Hawaii, California, the Sahara, and more. Browse our ready-to-ship collection or reach out if you're looking for a specific place.

Once we receive your sand, allow 5–7 business days for production. We'll email you when your pearl ships. Rush orders are not currently available.

We ship anywhere in the United States. International shipping is available to Canada, the UK, and Australia — please contact us before ordering to confirm rates and delivery times.

Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days after your order ships. Expedited 2-day shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.

Yes — free standard shipping on all US orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship for a flat $6.95.

Yes. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our studio.

Keep your pearl away from harsh chemicals, perfumes, and prolonged water exposure. Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Store in the pouch provided when not wearing. With proper care, your Sand Pearl will last a lifetime.

We recommend removing your pearl before swimming, showering, or applying lotions and sunscreen. While the resin is water-resistant, prolonged exposure can dull the finish over time. The metal settings are also best kept dry.

We use a UV-resistant resin formulated to resist yellowing. Avoid leaving your pearl in direct sunlight for extended periods (such as on a windowsill) to preserve clarity.

All Sand Pearls are available in sterling silver or 14k gold-filled. Sterling silver may tarnish slightly over time — polish gently with a silver cloth to restore shine. Gold-filled is more tarnish-resistant and suitable for sensitive skin.

We accept returns on ready-to-ship items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and in original packaging. Custom orders made with your sand are final sale — we cannot accept returns on personalized pieces.

We're so sorry. Please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We'll make it right — either a replacement or a full refund, your choice.

Exchanges on ready-to-ship items are accepted within 14 days. Custom orders cannot be exchanged once production has begun. Contact us before your order ships if you need to make a change.

Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1–2 business days. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the item.
